Pricey but well worth it! We will definitely be back. I had the crab cake sandwich and my son had steamed shrimp. It was delicious and quick.

I had the shrimp burger special-i was surprised with the large amount and size. My husband had the flounder plate ... Both had generous portions and were truly delicious. The staff was very personable /friendly. It is a welcoming atmosphere.... This was our second time visiting and we will definitely visit again.

Delicious seafood and big portions. Relaxed dining atmosphere. Only critique is the staff all hang out in the kitchen and you have to walk up to kitchen door and wait for someone if you need something. But, overall great! Will return!

Overall very happy with my visit to Washington Crab. The regular shrimp plate with two sides and hushpuppies is a fantastic value. They ask if you want your fry light, medium or heavy which was very nice. The medium fry was perfect. I tried the sampler plate with shrimp, scallops and flounder, double green beans and hushpuppies. The serving was large and perfectly cooked. I got a light fry and couldn't tell much difference to the medium fry but tasty regardless. The popcorn shrimp weren't much smaller than the regular shrimp so I'd opt for the regular shrimp over popcorn. The flavor is much better. Slaw is excellent. Green beans tasty. Sweet tea delicious. The only "downside" was the she crab soup. It wasn't bad at all but I'm more familiar with the Outer Banks she crab which is thicker, more bisque-like, and with sherry. This was more of a crab soup with potatoes and loads of butter. Not bad, just not the she crab I'm used to. I look forward to returning though and trying more of the menu! Great spot.

Admittedly I came pre dinner rush, so I can't speak to how crowded it may get. I got the pick 2 combo. You have plenty of choices. I chose fried shrimp, clam strips and fries. You order them to be fried, light, medium, heavy. Which is nice. You can tell they take pride in their food. People have called it a " hole in the wall" I don't agree. It has a crab shack vibe. It really feels authentic to what most would think about for sea food. It's clean. That's what I care about By the time you place your order at the counter, get you table tag and get your drink and plastic ware the food is delivered. It's delivered HOT and fresh. If you are in this neck of the woods and have s hankering for sea food stop here. You won't be sorry

It’s not fancy, but it’s got the best dang seafood I’ve had in a while. Traveling through Washington on a trip with my family, we decided to stop for lunch at Washington Crab. I had the three seafood plate: flounder, shrimp, and scallops. THE BEST shrimp I’ve had in years. Juicy scallops and crispy fried flounder served hot at the table. I may never get another chance to eat here, but it definitely left an impression and I would recommend it to anyone traveling this way and looking for an exceptional meal.

The food and atmosphere were great. We got snow crab legs and raw oysters. Everything was tasty, and the service staff checked on us often.
